EMAIL FAQ 025 - How do I adjust the Deletion Policy? By default the mail server automatically deletes any mail that is detected as either MEDIUM or HIGH spam. This means that the filters have determined that there is a very good chance the email is spam. When the email is marked SPAM LOW, it means that the server again thinks that it is spam, but it is not as certain as the MEDIUM and HIGH. About 99% of SPAM LOW is valid spam. For this reason SPAM LOW is not deleted automatically. You can adjust the deletion policy for your individual email account yourself. Either deleting SPAM LOW or perhaps not deleting the SPAM MEDIUM or SPAM HIGHs. To do this login to your WebMail account. Select Settings | My Spam Filtering from the menu.

From this screen you can select "Override spam settings for this account" when you do this the Default settings will allow you to configure for your own requirements.
The drop down list allows you to take no action, delete the message, move the message to the junk email folder or simply add text to the subject. Note also the Trusted Senders edit box. In this field you can list either email addresses or domains that you consider to be valid and as such do not want to be marked as spam. When they are added to this list the spam checking will bypass these email addresses or domains. (This is known as a white list). When you have
